The number one characteristic of a leader is INFLUENCE. Allowing yourself to be mentored one on one in relation to the key characteristics of leadership can result in a dramatic change in your thinking and a quantum shift from simply managing to leading your team and if your thinking never changes, nothing changes.
Having your leaders, leadership group and/or emerging leaders identified and challenged by an external Leadership Coach is useful in that it can focus your thinking about the concept of leadership, the personal attributes required to be an effective leader and desired ways of behaving and thinking.
Our leadership development program focuses on the development of leadership as a process. This includes interpersonal relationships, social influence and team dynamics.
